Hey Everyone,

I used to use 8x8 in Australia which had a great feature allowing me to open a URL on incoming calls. This was pointed to my ticket system and created a new ticket using the caller ID. However due to issues with 8x8 support we were forced to leave 8x8 and no other softphone that I’ve tried so far has this function.

Does anyone know another softphone who supports this feature as I haven’t been able to find one yet?
